Had a lovely time at Royal Riverside with spacious, clean rooms and a nice location close to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with smiles. However, there was an issue with the spa service, which was quite disappointing.

The staff provided EXCEPTIONAL service and went out of their way to assist us! The breakfast was a feast with plenty of options to satisfy any palate, leaving us pleasantly surprised!

The Wi-Fi connection was frustrating at times, making it challenging to stay connected. Additionally, outdoor seating could benefit from more comfortable options for relaxation.

The riverside view from the Junior Suite adds a serene touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast offers fresh local fruits, enhancing the overall dining experience, despite some butter needing to be kept cooler.

Noise levels in the room can be disruptive since it's right above the dining area, with loud chair scraping and music from across the street lasting until midnight. The pool, while clean, remains quite cold due to limited sunlight exposure, making it less inviting. Also, the TV channels are all local, lacking international options, which may not sit well with everyone.

Access to the beach via bike could use better signage or safer routes!!! The daily trip group sizes felt overwhelming at times and should be reduced to improve the experience!!!

the royal riverside hotel & spa was wonderful! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a great view of the river. it's a short walk to the ancient city and night market. i especially loved the free bicycle rentals to explore the area. breakfast had a large variety and was cooked to order, which was fantastic!
